REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

AT JAMILA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refunds and exchange policy.*

Due to safety reasons, opening the package while the courier awaits is no longer permissible

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in the same undamaged condition as received, with the original JAMILA ticket attached. Each order is entitled to one Exchange process or one Refund process.

Please note that damaged products, items with removed JAMILA tickets, or return requests made after 3 days from the date of receiving the order, are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Kindly be informed that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you request an exchange or refund , you will be responsible for covering any additional shipping costs. However, in the case of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are pleased to offer a full cash-back or a free exchange according to your preference.

• Shipping expenses required to execute a return or an exchange are on the customer.
• Both returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days.
• All returns are executed through Instapay or mobile wallet 
• All discounted items cannot be returned .
• All customer service emails will be replied to within the period from 12 AM to 6 PM.
• Jamila reserves the right to refuse any items that have visible signs of wear or tear
• our refund and exchange process involves certain additional fees, beyond the standard delivery fees, by making a purchase, you agree to the following terms regarding refunds and exchanges

Sale Policy

• On sale period, any item ordered at a discounted price can not be exchanged or refunded.
• Open package option cannot be applied on sale items (Packages cannot be opened or tried)

   لقبول طلب الاسترجاع او الاستبدال يجب ان يقدم الطلب في خلال ٣ يوم من تاريخ الاستلام - 
المنتج يجب أن يكون في حالته الأصلية مرفقاً ببطاقة المقاس الخاصة به -  

يُسمح للعملاء بعملية استرجاع او عملية استبدال واحدة لكل عملية شراء من موقعنا 

المنتجات التي تم تلفها أو تم فقدان بطاقتها غير مؤهلة لاسترداد الأموال أو استبدالها بمنتجات اخري -
لن يتم قبول اي طلبات استرجاع او تبديل في حالة تقديم الطلب بعد ٣ يوم من تاريخ الاستلام -

- رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد، ويكون العميل مسؤولاً عن تحمل أي رسوم شحن إضافية عند الاستبدال -

- لو كان المنتج المستلم تالفًا/او غير مطابق للمطلوب، فحينها نقدم استردادًا كاملاً أو استبدال مجاني تماما لعملائنا.
