JAMILA Refund & Exchange Policy
Delivery Rules:
- Packages cannot be opened while the courier waits.
Order Confirmation & Payment:
- Cash on Delivery orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp within 24 hours or they will be canceled.
- First-time customers with orders over 4000 EGP must confirm via WhatsApp and pay in full via InstaPay.
- Customers who cancel has previously cancelled orders, or, must pay deposit online for future orders.
- Accounts with frequent cancellations are auto-blocked. Only online payment will be accepted. To be removed from the blocklist, you must receive and pay for more orders than you cancel.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Request within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be in original condition with JAMILA tag attached and Return the item in its original packaging
- One exchange or one refund per order.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Damaged items or those without tags.
Shipping & Fees:
- Customer pays return/exchange shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If the item is returned without its original packaging, a fee will be deducted from the refund
- Refunds via InstaPay or mobile wallet only.
- Process time: up to 5 business days.
Support:
- Customer service replies from 12 PM to 6 PM.
- JAMILA reserves the right to reject worn or damaged items.
Sale Period Policy:
-refunds and exchanges within 24 hours, No open-package options on discounted items
International Shipping Policy:
- We provide worldwide shipping.
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
- We aim to reduce these expenses upon arrival in your country.
- International orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
